TRUST & PRIVACY

Clear boundaries.
Human responsibility.

Good AI begins with a clear agreement about what it should do, what information it needs and who remains responsible.

YOUR AI DEPLOYMENT

Agree the safeguards.
Then configure the service.

Hosting, access, integrations and data handling depend on your chosen product and configuration. These decisions belong in your deployment agreement.

01

Your content and its ownership

Identify the FAQs, policies and service information the assistant may use. Record ownership, permitted uses, update responsibilities and who approves each change.

02

Hosting and providers

Document each provider, where information is processed and stored, and whether overseas processing is involved. Australian data residency is a deployment choice to verify, rather than a blanket promise.

03

Access and security

Agree staff roles, authentication, integration permissions and incident contacts. Grant only the access needed for the chosen tasks and review it when roles change.

04

Collection and retention

Choose what conversation information is collected, whether recordings are enabled, and a retention and deletion process. Training use and any secondary use must be covered explicitly in the agreement.

05

Human oversight

Define what the assistant can answer and when it should refer a person to staff. Keep specialist advice, sensitive decisions and case management with the people responsible for those services.

06

Cultural and language review

Invite community representatives and language reviewers to test the wording, tone and service pathways. Review translations, accessibility and feedback as services change.

THIS WEBSITE

What happens when
you send an enquiry?

What we collect
Your name, email, organisation, selected product and message. If supplied, your preferred date, time and time zone. We also record submission time, the form language and your permission to contact you.
Why we collect it
To understand your request and follow up about products, a trial or a demonstration. The form does not add you to a marketing subscription.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are sent directly to our team by email. This website does not save enquiry content in a database. Our email providers process and store the message; Australian-only storage has not been confirmed.
Who can access it
Authorised team members can access enquiries through our email inbox. Our hosting and email providers process the message to deliver it. Temporary session metadata helps prevent repeated submissions; it does not contain your enquiry text.
Retention and requests
Enquiry emails are managed in our email systems. This form does not set an automatic email-deletion schedule. For a correction or deletion request, contact 1300 433 418 and include your enquiry reference if you have one.
Demonstration bookings
A preferred time is a request, rather than a confirmed booking. Your team contact confirms availability separately; no calendar event is created by the form.
External demos and videos
Some demonstrations and videos are provided by external services, whether embedded here or opened separately. These providers handle interactions under their own privacy notices and settings. Please avoid sharing personal case details in a demonstration.
